Marcus Harrison – Wild Food

With an interest in wild foods stretching back more than 30 years, Marcus began writing about the 'edible wild' around 2000 and as a result of interest in the subject decided there was a need for some place where folks could acquire hands-on experience of edible wild foods. And so it was that Wild Food School came about. Marcus has featured on BBC Countryfile, Radio 4's 'You and Yours' programmes and others.
